- A layer of pre-alloyed metal encloses the diamond creating a pellet that is held more securely and distributed better within the segment. The diamond operates to its full potential and is less likely to be discarded from the segment before it is fully used.
- Diameters from 115 – 230mm are for dry use. Diameters of 300mm and over can be used wet or dry depending on the machine they are mounted on.
- High quality, low carbon steel core reduces core distortion at high temperatures, giving better cutting performance and longer life.
